Description
- Sport Performance is a fitness solution derived from NASM’s OPT Model geared toward athletes and fitness enthusiasts. This program comes with 12 total workouts that progress through 3 different phases of the OPT Model.
- Phase 1 Stabilization Endurance Training
- Phase 2 Strength Endurance Training
- Phase 5 Power Training
- Required Equipment : Barbell, Plates, DBs, Bands, Squat Rack, Stability Ball
- Recommended Equipment : Plyo Box, Medicine Ball (no more than 10% of body weight), KBs
